12D-13.040. Notice to Mortgagee of Real and Personal Property Taxes

Effective on Tuesday, April 5, 2016

1It is the responsibility of the mortgagee, lienholder or vendee requesting information under Section 15197.344, F.S., 17to provide his or her most current address to the tax collector so that the notice is sent to the proper address.
