14-119.001. Definitions

Effective on Sunday, January 11, 2015

1(1) “Department” means the Florida Department of Transportation.

9(2) “SunRail” means the commuter rail service operated along the Central Florida Rail Corridor (CFRC) with stations to be located in Volusia, Seminole, Orange, and Osceola counties.

36(3) “Passenger” means any individual traveling on a SunRail train.
