14-22.0042. Notification of Contract Crime

Effective on Sunday, April 13, 2014

1A contractor who is currently qualified, or seeking to be qualified, shall notify the Contracts Administration Office in writing within 30 days of the filing of a criminal Information or Indictment or the conviction of a contract crime applicable to the contractor, or any affiliates, officers, directors, executives, shareholders active in management, employees or agents of the contractor.
