14-26.0042. Exemption from Permit Requirements

Effective on Monday, February 1, 2010

1Certain dimensional (width, height, length) exemptions from permit are enumerated in Section 13316.515 14and 15316.535, F.S. 17Exempted entities are also exempt from the requirements for qualified escorts. No permit exemptions are allowed for weight.
