Effective on Tuesday, March 4, 1997
1(1) An organization designated as a DUI program shall provide the following functions: administration, registration, enrollment, education, client evaluation, treatment referral, Special Supervision Services, and may elect to provide the Drug, Alcohol, Traffic Education Program (D.A.T.E.). Subcontracting of any of these functions is prohibited.
45(2) The DUI program shall designate a specific staff member to serve as a liaison to the court and probation services.
66(3) The DUI program shall be operated by a governmental or not-for-profit organization pursuant to IRS classification.
