15A-3.012. Notice of Cancellation, Renewal or Nonrenewal and Notice of Issuance

Effective on Thursday, March 25, 1993

1Florida authorized or eligible motor vehicle liability insurers delivering or issuing for delivery coverage which provides personal injury protection and property damage liability shall report to the Department in the manner specified in the Procedures Manual for Implementation of the Motor Vehicle Insurance Reform Act of 1988, hereby incorporated by reference. A copy of the manual can be obtained from the Division of Administrative Services, Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles.
