15A-5.006. Cardiovascular Deficits

1Applicants 2or licensed drivers 5who experience cardiovascular deficits must present 11a Medical Report, HSMV 72423, effective 07/18, incorporated by reference in Rule 2315A-5.004, 24F.A.C., from their treating physician indicating their 31physical ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. 39A copy of the form is available on the Department’s website.
