15C-1.007. Motor Vehicle Dealers; Residence

Effective on Tuesday, June 22, 1976

1All applicants for motor vehicle dealer’s licenses and all licensed motor vehicle dealers shall be and continue to be authorized to do business in this state. Whenever the Director of the Division of 34Motorist Services 36determines that any motor vehicle dealer is not authorized to do business in this state, the director shall cancel, deny renewal, or otherwise terminate the license granted.
