15A-1.012. Driver License Examinations: Scoring

Effective on Tuesday, June 3, 2014

1An applicant shall fail an examination for any of the following:

12(1) Written examinations – failing to correctly answer at least 22eighty percent of questions26.

27(2) Cheating is the unauthorized use of any material, devices, or communications. To do so will result in immediate failure.
