15A-10. Dui Programs |
1(1) The registration fees to be charged by DUI programs shall be $165 for Level I and $250 for Level II and will include the State assessment fee. These are the only fees to be charged for providing the Level I and Level II classes except for Department approved ancillary fees. These fees, not including the State assessment fee, will increase each year on October 1, by the lessor of three percent or the percentage increase (if any) in the Consumer Price Index as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor for the twelve month period ending on the preceding June 30, rounded to the nearest five dollars. Any program that is charging more than the above-specified fees on the effective date of this rule may continue to utilize those fees, without any increase, until such time as the fees specified herein, as adjusted, exceed the fees charged by the program.
152(2) The standardized Department approved ancillary fees which shall be charged to students, with the exclusion of those circumstances referenced in subsection 17415A-10.016(2), 175F.A.C., are:
