15A-10.040. Case Monitoring Services

Effective on Tuesday, March 4, 1997

1(1) A DUI program may elect to provide case monitoring services for Special Supervision Services applicants.
17(a) The program shall not mandate applicant participation.

25(b) The fee shall be $55 per session.

33(c) Face to face case monitoring sessions shall occur once a month.

45(2) Prior to implementation of the service, the Department must be notified in writing and the program must submit proposed procedures, and policies for approval by the Department.
