15A-8.001. Purpose

1This chapter sets forth the standards for approval of driver improvement courses and review of the effectiveness of these courses by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles, and assuring their use to improve driver performance and highway safety and collection of assessment fees pursuant to Sections 49318.1451 50and 51322.095, F.S.
