15A-9.006. Procedure for Ignition Interlock Device Approval

Effective on Tuesday, January 20, 2004

1(1) All ignition interlock devices used pursuant to Sections 10316.193 11and 12316.1937, F.S., 14must be approved by the department.

20(2) The department shall contract with a manufacturer or manufacturers of ignition interlock devices for the services and commodities required for implementation of Sections 44316.193, 45316.1937 46and 47316.1938, F.S.

49(3) The department shall maintain a list of approved ignition interlock devices.
