15B-7.005. Physical Examination

Effective on Wednesday, July 18, 1979

1The Director of the Division of the Florida Highway Patrol may require a member to submit to a physical examination, at Department expense, for the purpose of determining the fitness of the member to perform the duties of a Highway Patrol Officer.
