15C-1.006. Transporting New Trailers; Licenses

Effective on Tuesday, June 22, 1976

1Florida manufactures of trailers (including mobile homes and new boat trailers) may use the highways of this state for the purpose of moving such vehicle from the place of manufacture to the place of sale by means of towing by a duly registered and licensed motor vehicle, without their having affixed to them the license plate required by law to be displayed upon vehicles using the highways for the purpose of transporting or carriage of property or persons.
