19A-1.008. Failure to Comply

Effective on Thursday, March 3, 1983

1If a Unit of Local Government fails to provide the information required pursuant to Rules 1619A-1.003 17through 1819A-1.006, 19F.A.C., or to verify such information pursuant to Rule 2819A-1.007, 29F.A.C., the Division shall take such necessary and appropriate actions, as provided in Section 43218.38(3)(a) 44and (b), F.S.
