19A-4.010. Fees

Effective on Sunday, December 15, 1985

1(1) The fee imposed by Section 7159.811(1), F.S., 9shall accompany every Notice, including a Supplementary Notice.

17(2) Once the fee imposed by Section 24159.811(1), F.S., 26has been deposited in the Revenue Bond Fee Revolving Trust Fund, it shall be nonrefundable.
