19A-7.004. Failure to Comply

Effective on Tuesday, December 10, 1991

1If a Local Government or a State Agency fails to produce Records or information to the Division pursuant to Rule 2119A-7.003, 22F.A.C., the Division shall notify the Governing Board and the State Board of Administration of any failure to comply.
