1Any person whose interests are substantially affected by a response to a special petition filed pursuant to Rule 1919B-12.001, 20F.A.C., may seek relief pursuant to Section 27120.569, F.S., 29or may seek a waiver or variance pursuant to Section 39120.542, F.S. 41and Rule 28-104, F.A.C.
