  • 1(1) The Art in State Buildings Program 8acquires artwork for public display in the interior or exterior of state buildings, in accordance with Section 25255.043, 26F.S. 27Each agency shall follow the art selection process and forms contained in the 40Art in State Buildings Handbook 45(CA2E120, 46effective 10/0948), 49incorporated by reference and available 54at 55www.Florida-Arts.org56., 57and in doing so, shall report funding appropriations and submit documentation supporting its art selection process to the Florida Council on Arts and Culture.
