1A-31.025. Assignment and Subcontracting

Effective on Monday, July 20, 2009

1No permit may be assigned or transferred. Subcontract agreements are allowed and require the prior written approval of the division. Compliance with all terms and conditions of the permit is the sole responsibility of the permittee whether or not permitted activities are subcontracted.
