1A-31.080. Permittee Required to Give Notice of Change

Effective on Monday, July 20, 2009

1The permittee shall notify the division in writing, in such form and detail as required by the division, of changes or proposed changes in financial support, contact information, key personnel or equipment from that noted in the permit application.
