20-13.002. Non-Classified Fruits

Effective on Tuesday, August 22, 1995

1Citrus varieties or hybrids for which a market classification or minimum maturity standard has not been set either by state law or Department of Citrus rule shall not be identified by any classification or name established for another variety or hybrid nor shall they be subject to any minimum maturity requirements.
