20-36.002. Inspection Required

Effective on Wednesday, January 1, 1975

1Inspection for maturity and certification for such fruit shall be performed by state inspectors at such place or places as may be designated by the Division of Fruit and Vegetable Inspection. Any applicant for such inspection, other than a producer transporting his own fruit, shall secure a license as a citrus fruit dealer as a prerequisite for such inspection service.
