20-36.004. Fruit Must Be Accessible

  • 1The applicant for inspection shall make each lot of fruit accessible to the inspector for drawing proper and representative samples to determine maturity of the fruit. To be “accessible” means the fruit shall be in some unit or container such as field crate, or in case of a bulk truckload of fruit, it is unloaded to the extent that samples may be drawn from every portion of the load.
