1Each container of citrus fruit sold at roadside stands located along the highways of this State, or shipped or delivered for transportation in any manner by an express or gift fruit shipper, shall be well-filled, indicate net contents and bear the name and address of the seller or shipper in clearly legible letters not less than 1/4" in height, on the container or on a label or tag firmly attached to, or inserted in, the container.
