20-91.001. Definition of Handler

Effective on Wednesday, January 1, 1975

1For the purpose of mailing direct notices of public hearings or conducting a referendum as provided in Section 19601.152, F.S., 21a handler is defined as a licensed citrus fruit dealer who holds, or held during the preceding twelve month period, a valid packing house or processing plant registration certificate issued by the Commissioner of Agriculture.
