25-12.080. General

Effective on Tuesday, December 15, 2009

1(1) All reports or filings required by these rules shall be submitted to the Commission.

16(2) Nothing in these rules shall be construed to relieve any operator from responsibility to file reports or give notifications as required by the Pipeline and Hazardous Materials Safety Administration.
