25-12.083. Requalifying Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure

Effective on Tuesday, October 2, 1984

1No pipeline shall be qualified for a new and higher maximum operating pressure without first certifying to the Commission that the requirements of the applicable codes will be met and submitting the uprating plan to this Commission for review. If no objection is received from the Commission within fifteen (15) days, then work on the project may proceed.
