25-17.009. Requirements for Reporting Cost Effectiveness Data for Demand Side Management Programs of Natural Gas Utilities

  • 1(1) This rule applies to all natural gas utilities as defined in Section 14366.82, F.S.

    16(2) Each utility that seeks to recover costs for an existing, new, or modified demand side management program pursuant to Section 37366.82(5), F.S., 39and Rule 4125-17.015, 42F.A.C., shall file the cost effectiveness test results of the Participants Test and the Rate Impact Measure Test in the format set forth in Form PSC/ENG 14-G (4/96), entitled the “Florida Public Service Commission Cost Effectiveness Manual for Natural Gas Utility Demand Side Management Programs,” which is incorporated by reference in this rule and may be obtained from the Director, Division of Engineering, Florida Public Service Commission:

    110(a) At the time each utility petitions the Commission to approve a new or modified demand side management program; and

    130(b) When the Commission requires the data for an existing, approved demand side management program.

    145(3) Nothing in this rule shall be construed as prohibiting any party from providing additional data or proposing additional formats for reporting cost effectiveness data for demand side management programs.
