25-17.084. The Utility's Obligation to Sell

Effective on Sunday, September 4, 1983

1Upon compliance with Rule 525-17.087, 6F.A.C., each utility shall sell energy to qualifying facilities at rates which are just, reasonable, and non-discriminatory.
