25-30.245. Accidents

Effective on Monday, November 10, 1986

1(1) Each utility shall keep a record of any accident which endangers the public or the utility’s employees, or disrupts the utility’s service facilities in such a manner as could have caused substantial property damage, serious personal injury or death.

41(2) Each utility shall furnish its accident reports to the Commission upon request of the Commission staff.
