25-30.415. Return on Common Equity

Effective on Monday, July 20, 1987

1(1) The Commission will establish, at least once each year, a leverage scale or scales that reflect the range of returns on common equity as required by Section 29367.081(4)(f), F.S.

31(2) In determining the range of returns on common equity, the Commission may consider generally accepted financial models.
