25-7.018. Record of Interruptions

Effective on Sunday, May 4, 1975

1Each utility shall keep a complete record of all interruptions affecting the lesser of 10 percent (10%) or 500 or more of its division meters; such record shall show cause for interruption, date, time, duration, remedy, and steps taken to prevent recurrence. The Commission shall be notified of any such interruptions as soon as they come to the attention of the utility and a complete report made after restoration of service.
