25-9.001. Application and Scope

Effective on Wednesday, December 30, 2015

1The provisions of Rules 525-9.002 6through 725-9.045, 8F.A.C., shall only apply to public utilities as defined in subsection 1925-9.002(2), 20F.A.C., and the provisions of Rules 2625-9.051 27through 2825-9.071, 29F.A.C., shall only apply to municipalities and cooperatives as defined in subsection 4125-9.051(2), 42F.A.C.
