25-9.027. Rules and Regulations

Effective on Sunday, January 25, 2009

1(1) This section shall include all rules, regulations, practices, services, classifications, exceptions and conditions made or observed relative to the utility service furnished which are general and apply to all or many of the rate schedules.

37(2) The regulations shall be lettered or numbered and titled so that convenient reference can be made to them.

56(3) If a general regulation does not apply to a particular schedule or classification, that fact should be clearly stated.
