25-9.045. Withdrawal of Tariffs

Effective on Wednesday, January 8, 1975

1Every public utility desiring to withdraw or cancel any tariff or any provision of a tariff which is considered no longer effective or necessary shall file with the Commission an informal application setting forth its reasons for desiring to withdraw or cancel such tariff or tariff provision, and requesting permission to withdraw same.
