25-9.070. Contracts and Agreements

Effective on Thursday, August 9, 1979

1(1) Whenever a special contract is entered into by a utility for the sale of electricity, said special contract shall be placed in this section.

26(2) If the number and size of such special contracts warrant, they may be placed in a separate binder.
