27P-21.003. Late Fees

Effective on Thursday, October 8, 1998

1Late fees shall be assessed against the owner and operator of one or more stationary sources located within the State of Florida for any annual registration fee not timely submitted to the Division by the deadlines established in Section 40252.939(1)(a), F.S. 42Late fees shall be assessed at ten percent per month of the annual registration fee but may not exceed 50% of the annual registration fee owed for any fee cycle.
