27E-1.002. Comprehensive Planning Regions
1The territorial area of the State of Florida is hereby subdivided into the following regions for the purposes of regional comprehensive planning:
23District 1 – Escambia, Santa Rosa, Okaloosa, Walton, Bay, Holmes and Washington Counties
36District 2 – Jackson, Calhoun, Gulf, Liberty, Franklin, Gadsden, Leon, Wakulla, and Jefferson Counties
50District 3 – Madison, Taylor, Hamilton, Suwannee, Lafayette, Dixie, Gilchrist, Alachua, Bradford, Union, and Columbia Counties
66District 4 – Nassau, Duval, Baker, Clay, St. Johns, Putnam, and Flagler Counties
79District 5 – Levy, Marion, Citrus, Sumter, and Hernando Counties
89District 6 – Lake, Volusia, Seminole, Orange, Brevard, and Osceola Counties
100District 7 – Polk, Hardee, DeSoto, Highlands, and Okeechobee Counties
110District 8 – Pasco, Pinellas, Hillsborough and Manatee Counties
