28-106.110. Service of Papers

Effective on Tuesday, April 1, 1997

1Unless the presiding officer otherwise orders, every pleading and every other paper filed in a proceeding, except applications for witness subpoenas, shall be served on each party or the party’s representative at the last address of record.
