28-106.601. Conflict

Effective on Monday, December 24, 2007

1Following receipt of a recommended order, the agency attorney or qualified representative who acts on behalf of the agency in the conduct of the hearing will not serve as legal advisor to the agency head during subsequent proceedings which result in the issuance of the final order.
