28-112.002. Final Disposition on Petition for Exception

Effective on Monday, December 24, 2007

1The Administration Commission shall publish, at the agency’s expense, notice in the next available edition of the Florida Administrative 20Register 21of the disposition of the petition, and shall transmit a copy of the notice to the Joint Administrative Procedures Committee, the Department of State, and any person who requests a copy.
