28-18.300. Purpose and Effect

1As provided in Sections 5380.05(10) 6and 7380.0552(7), F.S., 9the Comprehensive Plan of the City of Marathon shall be superseded by amendments which are proposed by Marathon and approved by the Department of Economic Opportunity pursuant to Sections 38380.05(6) 39and 40380.0552(9), F.S.
