28-22.401. Dedesignation of Portions of the Apalachicola Bay Area of Critical State Concern (ACSC)

Effective on Sunday, December 11, 1994

1The City of Carrabelle and the unincorporated lands within Franklin County, as set forth in Section 17380.0555(3), F.S., 19have successfully completed the one year monitoring program, required by Rule 3028-22.400, 31F.A.C. The Administration Commission therefore dedesignates the City of Carrabelle and the unincorporated portions of Franklin County, and the City of Apalachicola remains designated as the Apalachicola Bay Area of Critical State Concern.
