28-24.025. Retail, Service, and Wholesale Development

Effective on Tuesday, December 31, 1985

1Subject to the provisions of Section 7380.06(2)(d), F.S., 9any proposed retail, service, or wholesale business establishment or group of establishments operated under one common property ownership, development plan, or management that:

32(1) Encompasses more than 400,000 square feet of gross area; or

44(2) Occupies more than 40 acres of land; or

53(3) Provides parking spaces for more than 2,500 cars; shall be a development of regional impact.
