28-25.012. Appeals

Effective on Wednesday, November 28, 1973

1Appeals from a local government’s decision on development orders in the Area of Critical State Concern shall be made to the Florida Land and Water Adjudicatory Commission by filing a notice of appeal with the Commission in accordance with Section 41380.07, F.S.
