1Pursuant to Section 7, Article II, of the Florida Constitution, and Section 13380.05, F.S., 15it is the purpose of these rules to define the boundary of the Green Swamp Area of Critical State Concern and to provide principles for guiding development within the critical area in order to conserve and protect the natural environmental and economic resources and public facilities within the Green Swamp Critical Area and ecologically linked areas.
