28-26. Land Planning - Part V Boundary And Principles For Guiding Development For The Green Swamp Area Of Critical State Concern |

1(1) All land-development regulations adopted pursuant to these guidelines should be administered by the local government.
17(2) To the extent possible, local regulations, as required by Section 28380.05(5), F.S., 30should be performance oriented, and should differentiate between the natural development suitability of the wetlands, flatwoods and uplands.
