28-27.007. Applicability

Effective on Sunday, July 20, 1975

1The regulations set forth in this Code shall only apply to that portion of Polk County within the Green Swamp Area of Critical State Concern. These regulations shall be construed as being supplementary and complementary to the regulations imposed on the same lands by Polk County or any other governmental jurisdiction.
